Delicious chicken nuggets kids will love as will parents!
Ingredients
500g chicken mince
1 shredded carrot
1 shredded zucchini
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp almond meal
2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into desired size.
Bake 20-30min at 180 until golden and cooked through.
Additional Notes
You can add any other vegetables you like.
You can also substitute the soy sauce for something else - if you can think of a low carb better dash of flavour please pass it on. In this recipe it is such a small amount of carbs that it's not of great concern :)
