Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

Low Carb Dinner Recipes and Ideas
Recipe by Elita
A delicious sauce for dipping chicken wings/drumsticks in or drizzle over steak and vegetables or even over a salad....the list is endless once you've tried it.

Ingredients

150g mild blue cheese (such as Blue Castello)
1/2 cup (125g) sour cream
1/2 cup (125g) aioli*
2 tsp minced garlic
Season with mixed herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

All ingredients into a blender or use a whizz stick, serve and enjoy.

* Note : Most store bought Aioli contain vegetable seed oils (Canola, Sunflower, Soyabean oil etc) which are in our "NEVER" eat list of foods. Here is a recipe by Jamie Oliver which uses Olive Oil to make your own Aioli.
