When you're feeling a bit peckish or you've had a surprise visit by a couple of friends, don't stress. In just a few minutes you'll have something very tasty on offer!
Ingredients
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Mixed Herbs
Paprika
Salt
Instructions
In a muffin tray, place a pinch of mozzarella followed by a pinch of parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with a little of the mixed herbs, paprika, and salt.
Bake in a moderate oven (about 200°C) for about 10 minutes or until the cheeses have melted and start to go a slight tinge of brown.
Remove from oven and let cool in the muffin tray.
Once cooled, lift out with a smooth knife.
Additional Notes
Serve either on their own or with a slice of cucumber and salami.
For different flavours, try experimenting with different herbs or you can just have them plain and without the herbs.
