Strawberries and Cream

Strawberries and Cream
A great little morning tea snack for the kids. Guaranteed to be the first thing that disappears from their lunchbox.

Ingredients

Thickened Cream
Vanilla
Strawberries

Amounts will vary depending on how much you need. Store any excess cream in a container in the fridge. It will last quite a few days before going off.

Instructions

Place cream in your mixer, add a couple of drops of vanilla essence and whip until stiff.
Chop up strawberries.
Place cream in a small container and sprinkle strawberries over the top.

Additional Notes

If you are worried that the cream will go off by the time it gets eaten then pop a little ice brick in the lunchbox to keep it cool.
