Cauliflower Mash

This is the perfect substitute for mashed potatoes and the kids will love it!
Ingredients
Cauliflower (approx 1/5 of a head per person)
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
Butter
Thickened Cream
Instructions
Cut up your cauliflower into smallish pieces, include the stalks, and steam for about 15 minutes or until soft.
Drop in a nob of butter, some grated parmesan and around 100ml of cream. Mash and enjoy!
Additional Notes
You could get creative with this dish and throw in some garlic, parsley, chopped chives, chopped shallots ... whatever takes your fancy!
